When we first set out to make the Green Arrow short, we never expected someone
of HarrisonYoung's caliber (Saving Private Ryan, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, House of
A 1000 corpses, Bubba Ho Tep) to approach us for a part. But after running an ad
on the internet, that is exactly what he did.We couldn't figure out why he would want
to be in our low budget endeavor. We had never met him before, and he certainly hadn't
seen any of our work. After the first and only day of shooting with him, it all became
clear, this guy was a true professional that simply, loved his craft. Harrison was a real
pleasure to work with, and a real character at that. He told us a couple of gut busting
stories that we will certainly never forget. Our only regret is that we never got to work
with him again. One of our team members placed a call to him in mid 2004, and asked
Harrison if he would be interested in being in one of our upcoming features, Harrison
replied,"Oh yeah, I'm ready to go, just let me know when." That was the Harrison Young
that we were fortunate enough to know. I believe that if the Green Arrow Fan Film trailer is
anything at all, it is because of Harrison Young. Please Click on the link above to enjoy a
previously unused scene featuring Harrison Young.
